Nicholas Man Arrested For Sexual Assault, Incest

The Nicholas County Sheriff's Office have arrested a Tioga man after interviews Tuesday, conducted with three juveniles, revealed sexual misconduct.  Melvin Craig Mullins, age 39, of Tioga was placed under arrest and arraigned in Nicholas County Magistrate Court.  Mullins bond was set at $900,000.  He is being held at the Central Regional Jail in Flatwoods.
